THE JAM

INGREDIENTS

  • 150ml 4th STREET White Wine
  • 25ml Brandy
  • 1 tsp Apricot Jam
  • 2 wedges Lime
  • Appletiser (as required)

METHOD

  • Pour 4th STREET White and brandy into a glass
  • Add jam and lime wedges
  • Top up with Appletiser
  • Garnish with rosemary or dried apple
