RED RUN

INGREDIENTS

  • 125ml 4th STREET Red
  • 45ml Litchi Juice
  • 25ml Pineapple Juice
  • 35ml Tequila Blanco
  • 20ml Orange Peel infused Honeybush Syrup

METHOD

  • Make tea with 400ml of hot water and 3 honeybush tea bags
  • Add 200ml sugar syrup
  • Peel 1 orange, place peels in honeybush tea for 10 minutes then strain and allow to cool
  • Shake the litchi juice, pineapple juice, tequila, honeybush syrup and 4th STREET over ice
  • Pour into a tumbler and garnish with dried orange
