  • 100ml 4th STREET Rosé
  • 10ml Strawberry Cordial
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Chocolate Liqueur
  • 25ml Vanilla Infused Gin


  • make the vanilla gin by putting 2 vanilla pods in a bottle of dry gin and leave to infuse for 2 days
  • shake the strawberry cordial, lemon juice, chocolate liqueur and vanilla gin in a shaker over ice
  • pour into a flute and top up with 4th STREET Rosé 
  • garnish with a chocolate-dipped strawberry and lemon grass
